Let's increase our endurance with dance cardio! You'll be moving around to fun and upbeat music that will make you feel alive! Are you not coordinated? It's okay, Sara will teach you the easy and fun way to move and groove to the music.  

TONING

Let's say good-bye to the body fat and say hello to muscle mass! We focus on strengthening our upper and lower body. Each week will be a different routine to keep you on your toes! No need for dumb bells or kettle bells; we'll be using our body weight!

We end the class with the most fun and relaxing stretches that will make you leave feeling refreshed! Increasing our flexibility helps keep our muscles strong and healthy.
